TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Parciva.com (the “Site”), registering an account (including via Google Single Sign-On), or enrolling in the Certified Real Estate Investment Specialist (CREIS) training program or any other course offered on the platform (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms are entered into between you and Certify REI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Certify REI,” “Company,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

2. Description of Services

Certify REI operates an online education platform offering multiple real estate investment courses developed by different creators and instructors, including the CREIS certification course, market reports, investment analysis tools, and related content for real estate agents and professionals. Content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Certify REI may partner with independent instructors or content creators to develop and deliver individual courses; each course remains subject to these Terms regardless of the instructor.

Continuing Education / Licensing Disclaimer: No course, certification, or designation offered on the Site, including the CREIS designation, is approved for, or satisfies, any state real estate pre-licensing education, continuing education (CE) credit, or other regulatory licensing requirement. Certify REI does not provide CE-accredited or licensing coursework. If you are seeking CE credit or pre-licensing education, Certify REI may refer you to independent, third-party real estate schools that offer these services, including through affiliate links on the Site. Certify REI is not affiliated with and does not control those schools, is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or accreditation status, and may receive a commission or referral fee if you enroll through a link provided on the Site, as further described in Section 10.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

Certain Services, such as course access, require creating an account, either directly or via Google Single Sign-On. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Course enrollment, certification, and any premium content require payment of applicable fees, processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are due in full at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy: Certify REI offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date of any course or the CREIS designation. Refund requests after the 14-day window will not be honored, except where required by law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. The 14-day refund window applies to the initial purchase only and does not apply to the CREIS Annual Renewal Fee described below, which is non-refundable once processed except where required by law.

Prices are subject to change; changes will not affect previously completed purchases.

This refund policy applies uniformly across all courses on the platform, regardless of instructor or content creator, unless a specific course listing states otherwise.

5.1 CREIS Annual Renewal (Automatic Renewal Disclosure)

The CREIS designation requires an annual renewal fee, currently $99, to remain in active status. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, this fee will automatically renew and be charged annually to the payment method on file, in accordance with the following disclosures:

  • This automatic renewal applies only to the CREIS annual renewal fee. It does not apply to the AI Accelerator Bootcamp, other individual courses, or any other one-time purchase on the platform, none of which involve recurring billing unless a specific listing states otherwise.
  • Before your first CREIS renewal charge, you will be shown the recurring fee amount, the billing frequency, and how to cancel, and your enrollment constitutes acknowledgment of these terms.
  • We will send a reminder notice to the email on file in advance of each renewal charge.
  • You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date through your account settings or by contacting us at the information in Section 22, without needing to call or take any additional retention step.
  • If you cancel before a renewal date, you will not be charged for the upcoming renewal period, but your CREIS designation will lapse to inactive status at the end of your current paid period unless renewed.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or place your CREIS designation into a grace period before lapsing it to inactive status; we will notify you by email if this occurs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including training materials, market reports, videos, templates, course curricula (including the CREIS curriculum), trademarks, and branding, is owned by Certify REI, its instructors, or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Where a course is developed by a third-party creator, that creator retains ownership of their original instructional content, and Certify REI holds a license to host, sell, and distribute it through the platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any Site content, regardless of the creator, without prior written permission.

6.1 DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

Certify REI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and instructors to do the same. If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent at info@parciva.com, including: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the Site; (4) your contact information (address, telephone number, and email); (5) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. A user whose content is removed may submit a counter-notice as provided under the DMCA.

7. License to Use

Upon enrollment, Certify REI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal, non-commercial professional development. This license does not permit sharing login credentials, redistributing materials, or using content to create a competing product or training program.

8. Certification Use

The CREIS designation, once earned, may be used by certified individuals to represent their qualification in accordance with any usage guidelines provided by Certify REI. Certify REI reserves the right to revoke certification status for violations of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or misuse of the designation.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable real estate, advertising, or fair housing laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or Certify REI systems
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with Site operation
  • Misrepresent your identity or credentials
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content without authorization

10. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Site may reference or link to third-party tools, MLS data sources, lenders, or service providers. Certify REI does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or practices.

Affiliate Disclosure: Some links on the Site, including links to third-party real estate licensing or continuing education schools, are affiliate links. If you enroll or make a purchase through one of these links, Certify REI may receive a commission or referral fee at no additional cost to you. This does not affect the price you pay, and Certify REI’s recommendations are not conditioned solely on the availability of a commission.

11. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Certify REI does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, investment results, or business success from use of its training, tools, or market reports. All real estate and investment decisions are made at your own risk, and you should consult qualified professionals (attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors) before making investment decisions.

Instructor Content: Where a course is developed or delivered by an independent instructor or content creator, the views, opinions, strategies, and advice presented are those of that instructor and do not necessarily reflect the views of Certify REI. Certify REI does not independently verify the accuracy of individual instructor content and is not liable for outcomes resulting from your reliance on any specific instructor’s statements, opinions, or recommendations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Certify REI and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including lost profits or investment losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Certify REI, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

Certify REI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to access course content ends immediately, subject to any applicable refund terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any course purchased on the platform shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that (a) either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information, and (b) either party may instead choose to bring an individual claim in small claims court, so long as the claim qualifies for that court’s jurisdiction and remains on an individual, non-class basis. Arbitration shall be administered by a recognized provider (e.g., the American Arbitration Association) under its rules then in effect, seated in Broward County, Florida.

Class action and class arbitration waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

15.1 Right to Opt Out of Arbitration

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class action waiver by sending written notice to info@parciva.com within 30 days of the date you first agree to these Terms (for example, the date you create your account or enroll in a course). Your opt-out notice must include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes between you and Certify REI will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and all other provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. Opting out of arbitration will not affect any other terms of your relationship with Certify REI, including your access to the Services.

16. Electronic Communications Consent

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including notices, disclosures, receipts, certification records, and updates to these Terms, whether sent by email or posted on the Site. You agree that all such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any course-specific terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Certify REI regarding the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or communications, whether written or oral, on that subject.

18. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it at a later time.

19. Changes to Terms

Certify REI may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting active enrollees will be communicated via email where practicable.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
