An AI listing landing page used to take a designer, a website builder, or a lost afternoon. Now it takes one Zillow link. In this week’s Tuesday Tips with Todd, I show a Claude skill that reads your listing on Zillow, pulls the photos and property details, and builds a publish-ready landing page in Gamma. One click from Claude to a live page you can share anywhere.
Below is how it works, what you need, where to share the page, and the one rule you can’t skip. You can download the skill at the end of this post.
What Is an AI Listing Landing Page?
An AI listing landing page is a single-property website built automatically from the listing data you already have. It’s one page for one property: photos, price, key details, the description, and a way to contact you.
Most agents know this as a “single property website.” The difference is speed. Instead of copying photos and specs into a builder by hand, AI does the assembly for you.
Why it matters: when you send people to a portal, the portal owns the attention and shows them other agents. A dedicated page keeps the focus on your listing and on you and your personal brand. That’s important!
How the Claude Skill Builds Your Listing Landing Page
The short version: you paste a Zillow link into Claude, the skill gathers the listing data and photos, and Gamma turns it into a finished page. Here’s the full flow you’ll see in the video:
- Open Claude with the skill installed and Gamma connected.
- Paste the Zillow link for your listing and ask for a landing page.
- The skill reads the listing. It grabs the price, beds, baths, square footage, description, and photos.
- Gamma builds the page. You get a hero photo, key facts, the property story, a photo gallery, and a contact call to action.
- Click through and publish. Claude hands you the link, you review the page in Gamma, and it’s ready to share.
If skills are new to you, a Claude skill is simply a packaged set of instructions Claude follows for a specific job. Anthropic’s documentation on Agent Skills explains how they work under the hood. For this one, you don’t need to touch any of that but it’s good to understand it.
What You Need Before You Start
A Claude account with Skills turned on. If you’re just getting started, my guide to Claude for real estate agents walks through which plan you need and how to set it up. You need three accounts and one file. No code, no designer, no web hosting.
| Requirement | Why you need it |
|---|---|
| A Claude account with Skills enabled | The skill runs inside Claude |
| A Gamma account connected to Claude | Gamma builds and hosts the page (check which Gamma plan your usage requires) |
| The landing page skill file | Download it below and upload it in your Claude settings |
| A Zillow link to your listing | This is the source for the photos and details |
Where to Share Your Listing Landing Page
Share it anywhere you’d normally promote a listing. Because it’s one clean link, it works across every channel.
| Channel | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Social media | Link in bio, stories, Facebook neighborhood groups, LinkedIn |
| Email newsletter | Feature it as your “Just Listed” spotlight |
| Mailers and postcards | Turn the link into a QR code for Just Listed and Open House cards |
| Open houses | Print a QR code at the door so visitors can save the details |
| Text to your sphere | Send one link instead of a dozen photos |
| Agent outreach | Send it to buyer’s agents who work your area |
For example, a Just Listed postcard with a QR code now leads somewhere useful. That’s the digital age made easy.
Use It for Your Own Listings Only
Only build landing pages for listings you or your brokerage represent. This is the rule that keeps you out of trouble.
Listing photos usually belong to the photographer or the listing agent, and MLS rules control how they’re reused. Pulling photos from someone else’s listing into your own marketing is a copyright and MLS problem, however easy the tool makes it.
Before you publish, run a quick compliance check:
- Brokerage requirements: Most state license laws require your brokerage’s name on advertising. Add it to the page and anything else required.
- Accuracy: AI can misread a field. Confirm the price, square footage, and room counts.
- Your seller: Make sure the photos and details match what your seller approved for marketing.
Founder’s Take
I’ve spent the past several months traveling and teaching agents how to use AI, and the pattern is always the same. Agents don’t skip single property websites because they don’t see the value. They skip them because building one feels like a project. Once the work drops to one link and one click, the page stops being a nice-to-have. It becomes part of every listing launch. That’s the whole point of Tuesday Tips: not more tools, just fewer excuses.
